I'm an advocate in under-resourced communities to empower and train emerging servant leaders. Through keynote engagements, conference presentations, seminars, virtual workshops and trainings, I’m passionate about helping others discover and utilize their gifts.

I hear the same question again and again. "What's needed to better our communities, schools, and fragile families?" My answer is always the same. "You!" I'm the person who sees potential in everyone I meet. I'm a community leader who understands that we make progress when we unify, not point fingers or blame others for the issues we see. I'm the street guy on social media who recognizes the tremendous difference that one empowered voice can make.

I slept in a tent in one of Indianapolis' most violent areas. I heard the cries and hurts common to every city. But, I also heard dreams, hopes, and aspirations of resilient residents convincing me that my life's work was to cultivate and train urban servants to make a positive impact in their personal lives as well as their community.
